[Dev-bd] Required documents for RND Team Conferrence-13 in Thailand

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

Greetings from Admin Department. This is to inform you that our yearly
Developers' Conference-13 will be held in Thailand and tentative date is in
the month of November-2013.For your visa processing purpose, we need the
following documents from your end. So, you are requested to submit the
following documents on or before 25.08.2013:

 

1. Passport original copy

2. Personal Bank Statement for last 6 months with solvency certificate*.
Minimum balance should be Tk.60,000. 

3. Two copies of recent PP size photograph (3.5 x 4.5). It must be on matt
paper.

4. All the signature will be as per the passport.

5. Photocopy of office ID card.

6. Two copies of visiting card.

 

Note: *For Bank statement and solvency certificate, Mr. Fahad will help you
with the coordination of Accounts Department. So, If you have any query
please feel free to contact with Mr. Fahad (01811417891)
