Hi Momi & Nirmal,

 

We plan to give the facility of extension to all our colleagues for the
Thailand conference, which you maybe aware of by now. Since we need to do
the ticketing within the next few days, we need to know who all will plan to
extend their trip ( the company will only buy the air ticket at the desired
return date, going date to remain as per our usual itenary; colleagues will
be responsible for the all other costs incurred during their extended
portion).

 

 

Can we have the list of people , who will extend their trips by Sunday, 27th
Oct' 2013; we need to know the return date from Bangkok.

Hi Sajal,

 

As practised in the last batch, we will also allow our colleagues to extend
their trip in Thailand, if they want to , at their own cost. All colleagues
are going to spend 4 nights in total ( 2 nights in Hua Hin at first ,
followed by 2 nights in Bangkok). So if they want to extend their trip, they
can do so post the official tour dates. As like last time, this will be
subject to approval of the Group head/ Team leader.

 

You may kindly inform all colleagues accordingly, so that they can plan the
same
