Dear Colleagues

 

With reference to the following mail, please note that our company policy is
not to post or share any thing on the social media which can hurt other
colleagues or our cleints from other nationalities, culture, religion,
genders and others. We can express our emotions but that does not mean that
we need to hurt other person.

 

For example, we can support our team, we should not comments like .... <here
some country name will appear>..is a poor performer or they are ....<some
adjectives.... Or get .<country name>.. Eliminated from the
tournament...etc.

 

We are a big company now. I am requesting you all to personally talk to your
colleagues or through your senior colleagues. And to convey the message.
however, still if someone put any posting on the social network, please talk
to him and explain him the issue and get him convinced to remove the post.

Dear All Colleagues

 

 

In REVE family, we have the great opportunity of having colleagues and
clients from different culture, nationalities, countries, religion and
gender. Along with our colleagues and also our clients, we have grown
together as a family. And we care for each others 

 

We all are now in a connected world. So when we are expressing our feelings,
probably we are sharing that with some one else or almost with rest of the
world. Hence, we have to be very careful when we are expressing our
feelings, we should not be the reasons of some one else bad feelings. This
is a responsibility of being a global citizen, and being a member of
multinational or multicultural environment. 

 

On the above context, I am sure that we all will remain very careful in
expressing our emotions or making comments on any event. So that we will not
be the reason of some one else pain or embarrassment. That's the tradition
we share.
