[Dev-bd] Food Taken time at Food zone

Dear All,

 

To maintain proper cleanliness and other maintenance of our dining space as
well as for managing overall food and dining operations smooth, we are going
to follow following schedule. 

 

New schedule of dining will be effective from July 29, 2018

 

Timing for Breakfast:

 

Serving of Food: from 7:45 am to 8:30 am

Removal of Food from serving station: 8:30 am (sharp)

Cleaning of Dining will start from 8:45 am

 

Timing for Lunch

 

Serving of Food: from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM

Removal of Food from serving station: 3:30 PM (sharp)

Cleaning of Dining will start from 3:45 PM

 

Note: only for lunch time, we will serve our colleagues who cannot take
lunch during above time to perform outside works. But we do request our that
specific colleague to call on or before 3 PM to Mr. Sabbir (01811 417 886) /
Mr. Zahid (01811 417 891). His/Her food will not be on food stand but
kitchen team will serve him from inside kitchen as well as table will be set
adjacent to the kitchen

 

Timing for Dinner

 

Serving of Food: 9.30 pm to 11.00 pm 

Removal of Food from serving station: 11.00 pm (Sharp)

 

Cleaning of Dining will start from: 11.15 pm

 

Timing for Mid Night Food:

 

Serving of Food: 2.00 am to 04.00 am 

Removal of Food from serving station: 04.00 am (Sharp)

 

Cleaning of Dining will start from: 04.15 am
