Dear All,
Greetings from HR Team!!!
We are excited to take this opportunity to inform you all that, we are going
to introduce Contributory Employee Provident Fund from this January 2020.
Essentially, we would like to inform below frequently asked queries
regarding this:
1. It is a contributory provident fund. Which means, an equal
contribution is payable by the company as well.
2. Eligibility - Any employee of the company is eligible for this but
he or she needs to agree to join this fund.
3. Amount of contribution - it would be 7% (Seven Percent) of basic
salary. Whereas basic salary is around or equal to 50% (Fifty Percent) of
gross salary in most of the cases.
4. Eligibility for getting company's contribution - in order to get the
full contribution from company, the employee need to serve the company for
minimum 2 (two) years after subscription to the provident fund. For any
exception, if anyone unable to complete 2 (two) years of service tenure
after subscription, will receive individual contribution only. For those who
already completed 2 years they will get the full contribution from the date
of subscription to PF.
5. Deduction - Since provident fund will be effective from January 2020
hence, deduction would be reflected in salary for the month of January 2020.
6. If anyone don't want to subscribe to this provident fund are
requested to inform via email at rokon at revesoft.com

ziaul at revesoft.com <mailto:ziaul at revesoft.com> ) by on or before
15-02-2020.
7. Finally, who are willing to join this fund, no need to reply on this
email as well as we are going to circulate a form for joining the Provident
Fund, which you need to sign and submit.
In brief, here we have shared most frequent asked queries regarding
provident fund. Beside these, if anyone have any other queries, please feel
free to share with us in person. Furthermore, we would appreciate all of
your active participation in this provident fund to make the initiative
