Annual Get Together Program 2020 

Thursday, 5th March @ Neel Komol Resort

Dear colleagues, 

Greetings 

We are very happy to share the details of Annual Get Together Program 2020
plan. Those who registered their names in different sports and cultural
activities will receive the details on rules & regulations of
sports/cultural activities in separate mail. We use the route Purbachal 300
feet highway so all transport will take a short stay for 5 - 10 minutes max
in front of office to pack the breakfast kit. You all are requested to
cooperate so that we can make the event successful. Because without teamwork
it is not possible. You are most welcome to contact us should you need
further information or clarification.

Reach office

Before 7:30 AM

Our office transport will pick our colleagues from regular pick location and
take them to office before 7:30 AM. All colleagues must be at our office
premises by 7:30 AM and all should be waiting inside the transport so that
we can load the breakfast kit according to number. 

Regular transport users will use the same transport on 5th March as well. So
please make sure the timing. But those who don't use office transport please
contact us before 4th March so that we can guide you. No motorbike is
allowed to travel to resort.

Start from Office towards Resort

7:45 AM max 

We all cooperate to start our journey by 7:45 AM from our office

No one should leave the bus while loading the breakfast kit. Once loading
finish the respective driver will start immediately.

Breakfast

8:30 AM

we will load each transport with required no of breakfast kit. We will have
our BF in middle of the way to resort.

Reach Resort

9:15 AM

It may take 1 and half hour max to reach resort

It may depends on traffic on the road

Preparation/checking (refreshments/change/rest)

9:30 AM - 9:45 AM 

We have 12 rooms in the dormitory including two double bed. 5 rooms for
management and rest 7 rooms for our colleagues.

Sports (Football, Badminton, Cards 29, Dart and Chess)

10:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Badminton total participants 32

Cards 29 total participants 36 

Dart board total participants 36 

Chess total participants 10 

Details of the sports will be shared with respective team via separate email

Swimming pool/Zuhr Salah/Other personal activities 

1:30 PM - 2:15 PM

Two swimming pool is available, Prayer room is available, Room is available
for refreshments

Lunch 

02:30 PM - 3:30 PM

Buffet lunch

Group meditation 

3:30 PM - 3:45 PM 

Our honorable group CEO sir will lead  the meditation program 

Cultural Program

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Solo songs, Group songs, Quiz, Stand up comedy 

Evening Snacks & Asar Salah 

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM 

There is a beautiful  lake and two small boats available (if anyone
interested) 

Raffle draw/Prize distribution/Maghrib Salah

6:00 PM - 6:45 PM

Greetings 

You must be tried of monotonous city-life! work, work and work !! Right?
What about a fresh day out program in a eco-friendly place full of green,
free from noise and worries of the gray and lifeless city life. Then you
would be really happy to know that we are going to having our annual get
together program on Thursday, 5th March, 2020 at Neel Komol Resort,
Ratanpur, Gazipur. This resort is almost 39 Km away from Dhaka city. At this
moment we would like to share few important points with you. 

*	Day long program 
*	Enter resort by 8:00 AM & leave resort by 7:00 PM 
*	Only open for colleagues 
*	Company transport available 
*	Games/Sports, cultural programs, raffles, and other activities will
fill the day
*	Details program schedule will be shared with you all soon. For any
