> According to our discussions with most of you and with reference to the recommendations we found from our leaders, our management has decided followings regarding notice period and probation period: 
> 1.                  Two months’ notice period is mandatory to serve to the employer in case of self-resignation for the following departments. Also, same will be applicable if the management serve termination notice to anyone. However, if the termination notice served based on any misconducts or illegal behaviour, then no notice period will be served. Here are departments for 2 months’ notice period

> members of R&D of all SBU, that is REVE Systems Telcom, E-gov, REVE Chat, Le REVE or Group Business Team 
> Support or software services of R&D of all SBU, that is REVE Systems Telcom, E-gov, REVE Chat, Le REVE or Group Business Team
> SQA/Testing team of R&D of all SBU, that is REVE Systems Telcom, E-gov, REVE Chat, Le REVE or Group Business Team 
> Members of Accounts & Finance of all SBUs of the Group or Group Finance Team

> Above is applicable for all new recruits for the above departments as well as for all the existing colleagues effective from 1st July, 2021.

> 2.                  For the departments which are not mentioned above, requires one month mandatory notice period to serve to the employer in case of self-resignation as per our usual practice. Also, same will be applicable if the management serve termination notice to anyone. However, if the termination notice served based on any misconducts or illegal behaviour, then no notice period will be served.

> 3.                  Probation Period for new joiners: 
>  
> Probation period is either 6 or 3 months for all SBU regardless of position.
> Zero (O) probation period is not applicable in any SBU for any position. If they require it, then the leader need the approval from the top management through the HR. 
> Fresher to 4 years’ experience: Probation Period must be 6 Months 
> Min 5 years’ experience and above: Probation Period can be relaxed to 3 months
