Dear All Colleagues

 

Assalamualikum, Be Peace Upon You All.

 

We are going to miss this year to greet on the 1st day of the year, to do
meditation together or to take pictures all together with our colleagues in
Dhaka (physically) and colleagues from other cities (virtually). Because of
some busy schedule of travelling, we are missing these this year.  

 

We have passed a tough 2023, but we have also achieved some of the great
milestones in all of our SBUs. In Technology sector, some of our
achievements are as follows

 

1.	In Telcom filed we have so many achievements. This year Airtel's
Global wholesale voice, sms and digital number will be traded on our
platform.  We have very successfully almost completed one of the largest
projects, Telecom Monitoring Systems for BTRC along with our partner from
Canada. 
2.	Our recently launched lawful interception product has been highly
applauded by the country's concerned regulatory authority. We hope it will
help both the operators and regulator to a great extent. 
3.	Our SBC has been used by couple of ICX to carry their traffic and
they are doing it very successfully. 
4.	We have signed an agreement with Surjo Pay to use and offer each
others' products and services
5.	We are about to launch our conference systems (audio only at first
phase) in the 1st quarter of this year or very early of this year. This will
be an great achievement for all of us.
6.	Our projects in Bengali language are also about to close. We have
developed a finest quality of platform for spell & grammar check or STT &
TTS. Already Spell Checker has been used to a high extent. Also our project
with NBR will enable it to a great extent in collection its revenue from
bonded products.
7.	One of our finest products, REVE Chat, is going to launch a major
upgrade in its UI/UX. We hope this will increase the products usefulness to
a great extent. And also REVE Chat team has completed some projects in a
narrow time period.
8.	We have few more projects which we have not mentioned here not to
make the list a longer one. 

 

Our achievements in life style brand in this year was tremendous. We have
seen continuous growth in Le Reve throughout the year. Now Le Reve is a
highly applauded lifestyle brand across Bangladesh for its creativity,
trends, quality and others. We have also opened our first international shop
in Singapore. Our dresses are highly appreciated by people from various
counties and ethnicities, including Indians, Japanese, Chinese, Malays,
Europeans, Persians and more. We are preparing to open new shops in
Mymensingh and Barisal soon. 

 

Le Delicia has also made this year more delightful with their tasty Cakes,
Pastries, Deserts, Savouries and more. They have almost doubled their
production capacities and now all set to open more and more outlets
throughout the town.

 

We have nice and matured products in our few SBUs from technology segment.
Now its time to minimize the gaps (if any) between our products and market
requirements, take the products to market more efficiently and finally to
delivery it to our customers for their services. 

 

And our lifestyle brands are already enjoying high brand value and
popularity among its customer segment. Its time to go further forward.

 

As well as, our other SBUs, which we have not mentioned to keep it short,
are expected to bring more wealth to the Group in 2024.

 

With the almighty wishes, our hard work coupled with innovations,
creativity, and efficiency will bring a new horizon of success in 2024.
